Meadowbrook Ridge is one of the premier neighborhoods in Loveland, Colorado. The beautiful and quiet community has three professionally landscaped park areas and a children's playground. Loveland’s Mehaffey Park is located directly across the neighborhood, north of 22nd Street. Our location provides easy access to the City of Loveland bike and walking paths, Meadowbrook Ridge Natural Area, as well as Rocky Mountain National Park, via US Highway 34. The Meadowbrook Ridge community includes two types of residences:
101 Single Family Homes – HOA assessments for each single family property are billed quarterly to maintain common area amenities.
32 Attached Luxury Homes – HOA assessments for each ALH property includes landscape maintenance (front and back yards, snow removal, and common area amenities) and are billed monthly.
