Welcome to the Meadowbrook Ridge HOA Website! In this site you will find all the documents you need as a homeowner.
The HOA Board of Directors consists of 7 elected members and several committees. Each of the Board members are also homeowners within the Meadowbrook Ridge community and are elected by homeowners. The Board members are volunteers and serve in specific positions within the Board. Each position is designed to provide the best possible service to homeowners.
The Meadowbrook Ridge community is broken down to two types of properties. There are the Single Family Homes and Attached Luxury Homes. Assessments for the Attached Luxury Homes include landscape maintenance, (front and back) and snow removal, and are billed monthly. The assessment fees for the Attached Luxury Homes includes the above services. These services are not provided to Single Family Homes. Single family home assessments ar billed quarterly.
